Indian Doctor discovered the cheapest medical treatment for hip necrosis


Following 10 years of research Dr. Sanjay Agarwala, head of surgery at Hinduja Hospital discovered a cheapest medical care instead of surgery for hip necrosis, technically called as avascular necrosis (AVN).
He said that he developed the medicine and found that the drug bisphosphonates are very useful in treating hip necrosis and his study published in the medical journal.
He explains that this medicine would cost about Rs. 150 per month and explained that this medicine is so far widely used in treating osteoporosis was found to be effective in treating hip necrosis.
Abhishek Bhave (39), a senior bank executive, developed AVN a few years ago. “After seeing many orthopaedic surgeons, I consulted Dr Agarwala and found out about this medicinal treatment. Now I’m almost as active and agile as I was before I got the disease.”
